With registered capital of HKD 66 million and the total investment of HKD 130
million, invested and stock-controlled by Foryou Group Co., Ltd., Foryou
Multimedia Electronics Co., Ltd. is a joint venture set up in November 2001.
The company mainly designs, manufactures and sells DVD mechanism, DVD pick-up
and accessories, products of precision die-casting, plastic molding by
injection and the plastic molding by vacuum sucking.
Quality, Cost, Speed and Innovation that is our business idea. Since the
establishment, on the basis of the strong funds, advanced technology and broad
market network of the shareholders, the company has been developing rapidly. In
2004, sales turnover reached RMB 1,850 million and the total capital RMB 416
million. With an area of 140,000 square meters, the company now has total 8000
staff and owns over 3000 advanced equipments and facilities, including
Vibration Testing Equipment, Programmable Temperature and Humidity Chamber,
Coordinate Measuring Machine etc.. So far, the company has acquired
certificates of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:1996 ; Meanwhile ,we were awarded as
High-New Technology ,Large-Size Exportation and Info-Manufacturing Enterprise
by the government for our excellent performance.

Established in1993£¬Foryou group is located in Huizhou city of Guangdong. For
more than 10 years development, Foryou Group has grown into a conglomerate
engaged in technology R&D, industry and trading, the business are involving
precise component£¬mobile entertainment product, optical/chemical new material
and medical instrument.Foryou group was selected as focus development
organization of Guangdong since 1999. Foryou is listed in the Top 50 Big
Industrial Enterprises in Guangdong since year 2000. And in 2003, the group is
ranked as one of the Fortune 500 Enterprises of China and one of the Top 50
Most Competitive Enterprises in Guangdong. Besides, it has its name in the Top
100 Electronic Information Enterprises of China in 2004. Foryou group now holds
over 20 subsidiaries and established office in Hong Kong. Its have more than

In 2002, Foryou established a Rresearch and development laboratory; also have
close cooperative relationship with Chinese academy of sciences in Beijing,
some renowned domestic university, as well as some world- famous enterprises.
